November: It is all about making friends

Is it easy to make friends? For some children yes, for some no. How about your child?

In iKid House, we promote social skills among children. Children are taught to play together and accept each other. Do they fight or argue or complain? Yes, they do! But at the end of the day, it is the process that they have experienced with friends that make them a better friend for others next time.

Love, acceptance, forgiving; are some good values we want to pass on to the children that stay with us for daycare =)

Healthy Habits Start Young

Parents are busy. Working more than 10 hours a day. Once back home, parents still need to cook, do the house chores and spending quality time with the children. Which event can be cut or replaced? Many might opt to eat out because cooking is really a hassle when there is no maid or in laws at home. You might be that parent or you might not be... Let's just focus on this topic.. Eat Healthy.

Have you heard this before? "We are what we eat". How can we show love to our children? What kind of future are we building for our children in terms of health?

In iKid House, we make sure that our children eat fruits and vegetables everyday for their lunch and snack time. This will help them build a healthy eating habit and hopefully this good habit can be carried on at home as well.

I would like to share this article with you. Hope it benefits you.

October..where love is in the air!

Another month has passed! It seems to be just yesterday when we did these activities with the children. We are proud to say that we really see big improvements in our children in many areas especially in character. We love our children and they love us too! =)
