Healthy Habits Start Young

Parents are busy. Working more than 10 hours a day. Once back home, parents still need to cook, do the house chores and spending quality time with the children. Which event can be cut or replaced? Many might opt to eat out because cooking is really a hassle when there is no maid or in laws at home. You might be that parent or you might not be... Let's just focus on this topic.. Eat Healthy.

Have you heard this before? "We are what we eat". How can we show love to our children? What kind of future are we building for our children in terms of health?

In iKid House, we make sure that our children eat fruits and vegetables everyday for their lunch and snack time. This will help them build a healthy eating habit and hopefully this good habit can be carried on at home as well.
