EATING HABIT

Eating more fruits and veggies everyday can sometimes be a struggle. However, resesarch shows that we are more likely to do so if they're available and ready to eat.

Children many need to try new fruits and veggies up to 10 times before they accept them. So stay patient and keep offering them!

We are so glad that our children in Ikid House love veggies and it is a norm to include veggies in their meal everyday!
